The fee this year is $400.00 and this must be sent after your application is accepted.  We will limit the number of vendors and will try to provide a product mix in each area.  We will be happy to meet any special requests that you might have--to the best of our ability.

        

10'x10' space will be allotted for each vendor with adequate walk ways between booths.
Vendor area will be adjacent to the performance pavilion.  You all have
your own pop up tents and this allows you more space on the 4 sides.

        

Electric will be provided, but we must know your requirements.

        

Insurance forms must be provided with the fee covering general liability naming the Irish Heritage Festival, Ltd. as co-insured and the vendors agreement to "Hold Harmless" the Irish Heritage Festival,
Ltd. and Orange County Park.

        

Set up will be Friday afternoon until 8 PM and 7 Am Saturday morning.  If you wish to set up Friday afternoon, please contact us to make arrangements.  Camper arrangements can be made on site.

        
Security arrangements can be made with night security if you wish
to leave your site set up.  Last year, I believe every one put in $25.00 to
cover the security guard for the night.  Well worth it !
